Yes Keno, and dodgy eyewitness identification is the most common element in the majority of wrongful convictions in the U.S.
They are? Where did you read this about the US? I've never heard this before, and I live here. The majority of wrongful convictions in the U.S., I would say, is prejudice towards people (or all white juries convicting an non-white person), or against poor people who had no money to pay for a decent defence team. That is where the real problem lies in this country.
Some may want to drag his body through the mud, I don't know. I would have thought though that the pertinent point was that some people are still looking for justice, and an answer to who actually killed their relatives and friends.
Yes, and I think that is the case, the killers did get away with murder (thanks to the police!), no questions about it, and a innocent man instead paid for the crime. That bugs a lot of us.
I have tried several times to post in the 'Townsend' post below, at the bit where people are discussing 'punk' etc. My posts are not coming up.
I'm not sure why this seems to happen to you every so often. Has this ever happened to anybody else? Somebody please let me know if this is the case. I got a feeling it's a browser matter, have you tried to post in the thread using a different browser? Please try doing that and see if it works, if so, then it's something with your browser.
