I don't know GT, did the 'judge' think he didn't do it? I've only done the briefest of scans on this so far. Was it not that he was released on appeal because something had been allowed in the trial was allowed by the judge that shouldn't have been, so therefore the trial was deemed to be unfair.Which would mean that basically he was released on a legal technicality.

Are the police looking for anyone else in connection with these murders? If they are not, then usually in cases like this, that means they believe the right person was originally convicted.
