Yes Keno, and dodgy eyewitness identification is the most common element in the majority of wrongful convictions in the U.S.
I have nowhere near enough knowledge of the events in these murders to come to the same conclusion as two juries did, or to come to any conclusion.
Some may want to drag his body through the mud, I don't know. I would have thought though that the pertinent point was that some people are still looking for justice, and an answer to who actually killed their relatives and friends.
Btw, I have tried several times to post in the 'Townsend' post below, at the bit where people are discussing 'punk' etc. My posts are not coming up. I apologise in advance If later today ten posts appear, all saying roughly the same thing.
