TM sure did his research and brings up certain points that may make some change their minds ...
However, I'm going to stick with opinion that he was wrongfully accused...
First because I will follow the Justice system m.o. of considering everyone Innocent until proven guilty.
Also, Carter was a boxer... most boxers (even white ones) have temper issues in their private lives (e.g. Jake LaMotta, Marciano, Mayweather), hitting women too..... also, having a record I would suspect is fairly common. So, just because he had a record, doesnt mean he murdered anyone.
I don't quite understand the penciling in of the badges of his photo.... it makes no sense to me, and perhaps they should of asked him when he was alive why he did that.
But my opinion weighs heavier on the fact that he was freed by a judge that deemed that he wasn't given a fair trial.... and it wasn't like the prosecution took this lightly, this went all the way to Supreme Court.
So even if Hollywood doctored the facts, the Jduge who ruled , and who certainly knows more about the case than most, thinks he didn't do it.... Its real easy for me to see it that way too.!
