The bottom line is that its really hard to control an entire race or etnic group of people and get them to act what is considered normally at all times while contributing to society.But these police agencies nation wide and worldwide had better start acting with professionalism,class,and common sense.This part of the equation should be easy to start fixing.Cops everywhere act like uneducated buffoons and i have no respect for most of them.I dont want to hear that its a hard job,there are alot of hard jobs everywhere,handle correctly or quit.
