In answer to your first question: As I said...its an excuse! It would be like me STILL being angry at the British over the Pre Revolutionary War days! If every time an English person pissed me off, I wouldn't cite the mid 1700's and say "Hey, remember when..." Get over it! It's a new era!
I have no idea of the percentage of any unemployed race. Nor do I care. If it is a higher percentage it doesn't necessarily mean that afro Americans are the laziest...please dont misunderstand me. I alluded to the fact that every race has its layabouts. The ones in furgeson who were acting up were the ones I was refering to.
As far as the African kings go... I was referring to that only to make the point that the white man didn't necessarily go and start rounding up black people to bring here as slaves... but that their own people sold them out. I'm not saying that groups of people DIDN'T enslave other groups, but ther is the instance of them selling their own people.
I started this thread saying that I didn't want to get into such a deep discussion about this and look where we are now, lol. I'm sure we are boring all the other gassers. I hope someone starts a new thread so we can get off this!Lol. My first post about this here is how I feel. I didnt want to get into all this.
