He said he couldn't breathe when he was on the ground. If you watch the video, the choke hold was only applied to bring him down so they could cuff him. They asked him a million times to put his hands behind his back. He refused. If you saw the video, it was not brutality. If that clown had listened to the directives, he would be alive today. Only HE knew that he had breathing problems, not the police. Common sense would tell you, if I have breathing issues, maybe I should just do as I asked! The police never hit him and were nice enough to tell him in past instances to NOT SELL ILLEGAL CIGARETTES! They could have arrested him so many times! Finally they saw he was disrespecting and ignoring their warnings so they had no choice. The video doesn't lie. He was resisting and all they did was pull him down to arrest a resisting person who was breaking the law. I usually try to see everyones side on issues. I cant see how anyone could blame the cops on this. If that guy was white, we never would have even heard about this story.
