I have been wanting to vent about several topics in the news all relating to these kinds of occurrences. Let me start by saying that I am a million miles from being a racist and I think ALL people are created equal. With that said, Ill start with Michael Brown. That story is on the news non stop here in New York. Based on what I heard and what I've seen, there is a video showing him robbing a store and menacing the store clerk. Then, as the story goes, a cop confronts him,(Brown). Brown punched the cop in the face and tried to take the cops gun, unsuccessfully, and runs away. The cop then tells him to stop. The cop shoots him 6 times. I don't know what happened in between the time the kid stopped and the shooting. AGAIN... this is what is being reported. If it happened this way, the kid got what he deserved IMO. You attack a cop, you get shot.
If there is anyone who disagrees with me, I respect your views, but please...I am not going to get into any disputes over this! I was asked my opinion and I gave it. There's been too much brawling going on here and I, for one, do not like to engage in shit like that. This is a Rolling Stones site and I love discussing all things Stones with my fellow Gassers. I am not into politics or political correctness. Things are getting way out of hand because everyone thinks they have rights and the right to do whatever they want. There is no respect for law or moral decency. At least here in New York. Its getting bad people.
