Yes and no. Things were messed up in the UK back then, no question, but you should not blame the Boomers for that, as we weren't in control of things yet, we were just entering or getting grounded in the business world in those days and it was the failed WW2 generation that was to blame for the mess of that time. Plus that's my point, the Boomers generation - which many of the punks were a part of, most of them held the same feelings the punks held. You don't go after people who are on your side, and the UK punks have to go down as the only group of people who ever did that.
