Sorry Mr pluto, but that isn't true at all. Believe it or not, I'm also a Sex Pistols fan, even if they did suck as musicians; Sid Vicious couldn't even play bass guitar and didn't play it on a single song, although he tried to play it on one song - once, and it was so bad they removed from the song what he tried to play. But damn did he play his part as a rocker well (too well).... The SP's only LP was rocknroll, even if it's a total joke that they are in the Hall of Fame. But.... Rotten (or whatever name he goes by today) was and still is a fan of the band Alice Cooper, I saw an interview from a few years back that he did and the way he talked about his audition, nobody twisted his arm at all to sing along with Alice, he wasn't just a fan of theirs, he was a big time fan of theirs, he noted that he knew all of their work - including stuff off their first album, which wasn't punk or metal at all, and which few know..... But, he was hearing at least some Doors in that Cooper music.
