Oh god DA you're saying all the wrong things here.'Classically trained', that's the kiss of death to rock. 'Classically trained' is to rock what Oscar Pistorious is to toilet doors lol (thank you Merlin). 'Classically trained' is moving into Rick Wakeman territory. Do you think if he'd lived Morrison and the Bores might have done a Wakeman and produced a fantasmagoria on ice? They could have based it on one of Morrison's poems lol
You are right, back in the day before bands were manufactured most started out in the pub. There is nothing I like better than going down the boozer to listen to a band. It's just that most of them never make it out of the pub, and in a world that was fair and equitable that would have been the case with Morrison and his lot.
Are the Bores in the R&R Hall of Fame? They should be! 'A piss stain' indeed lol.
