I will answer you, Pluto, then be done with this because I believe you are a cool dude, lol. From the information that I have heard, the cop pulled up to a guy fitting the description of a man who had just robbed and menaced the owner of a convenience store. The video would surface on TV and this WAS the guy who robbed and roughed up the owner of the store. The guy proceeded to berate the officer, calling him several names. When the officer tried to exit his vehicle, Brown (the guy) held his door shut, not allowing him out. He then punched the officer and a struggle ensued for the cops gun. The cop was able to get a shot off, hitting Brown in the hand. Brown scooted away and the officer called for him to stop. Obviously he wanted to arrest him. At some point, Brown, bleeding from the first shot, turned and ran back towards the cop. The cop, several times, warned Brown to stop or he would shoot.(At some point, Brown told the cop he was a pussy and dared him to kill him. I dont know if that was earlier or at this point). Nevertheless, Brown kept charging so the cop kept shooting. He wasn't fully aware how many times he had shot Brown. All he saw was this huge guy charging at him and ignoring the officers command to stop. That is why he was shot so many times. The cop did not ENJOY shooting him. He had to until this guy stopped charging. This was not race related at all. If it was a white, hispanic or any other kind of kid, he should have, IMO, been dealt with the same way. The media keep toting this as "HE was an unarmed kid". I say bullshit! Just because you are unarmed, it doesnt give you the right to try to harm someone that IS armed.That is just being a dumb ass, IMO. How did this cop KNOW he was unarmed? He could have been charging back with a knife or something! Is the cop supposed to just sit there and HOPE he is unarmed? If Brown had just stopped and gotten arrested like he should have, he would be alive today. To answer your question: so many bullets hit him because he kept coming forward to attack the cop. Period!
