Thugs/Thugees were Indian.
First, I wanted to point out that I know you don't mean American Indians, but I bet many Americans reading this would mistakenly think that, since many Americans just call American Indians, "Indians". But yes, the word first was used in India to describe Indians from India who were robbers and murderers.
Since Trayvon Martin was murdered, many whites who took his killer's side, started to use the word "thug" to refer to young black males, since the murdering asshole Zimmerman who killed Trayvon referred to this innocent boy as a thug. So people who now use the word to describe our black youth, are taking a word used by a pig name Zimmerman and changing its meaning! The fact that scumball used the word, should be a main reason for good people to never use the word again in regard to black people, but instead, the opposite takes place.
So now many blacks feel using the word is just a replacement word used by whites for the N word. I don't believe that at all, but I can see where some whites seem to think it's a great word to use to only describe young black males who get into trouble, and I haven't seen a white person use it to describe anybody white.... So I can see that thanks to the murder Zimmerman, along with some whites who supported that nut, an old word that meant something else, is now a new word to be use in a negative way about black males, and that sucks big time. Sway used it here to describe blacks repeatedly, even more than I used the word pig, yet he also used it to describe Zimmerman, and that's the first time I ever heard somebody call George Zimmerpig that. If you go by what the word "thug" meant before the Trayvon Martin case, Zimmerman wasn't one, he was nothing but a weak and cowardly man, and today he's nothing but a lowlife pig who killed an innocent boy and who got away with the murder thanks to some stupid white people who supported him and in turn helped him get away with killing an unarmed boy, and also thanks to part to Florida's terrible gun laws. If you wanna look for one of the lowest form of scum on the Earth today, it is George Zimmerman, aka George Zimmerpig.
