Spot on. Both individuals were parties to criminal acts here. However, punk that he appears to have been, Brown likely warranted jail time and not summary overkill execution for his actions. Sadly, the grand jury decision aided and abetted by a "fix is in" prosecutor does not allow justice to go forward. One dirtbag is dead and the other dirtbag walks off Scott free. There is indeed a double standard for justice in this country, but some will never "get it".
