You hit the nail on the heard Pluto, great points!
The thing that gets me, is if you look at the killing of the 12 year old child last week, he might have only been 6 years younger than the other kid killed, but he was a preteen and these 2 pigs killed him in a park as he played with a fake gun - which they (the police dispatcher) was told beforehand was more than likely a fake gun. But did you see the video on this? The cops got out of their car and just shot him dead. People walking by who this boy was pointing his toy at knew it was a toy gun and did nothing to him, yet those 2 cops - who should know this more than the average person, just flat out killed a preteen for no damn reason. Yet where is the outrage for this killing?!? We are so used to seeing black males getting killed by the police that we are not even responding to this latest killing. I don't mean to make light here over what happened to the 18 year old in Furguson, but this killing was even more outrageous, it was a 12 year old child in a park playing, with zero reports to the police of any crimes taking place prior!
This entire crime wave being committed by some cops just kills my spirit, it does so to anybody who is a good person, and those cops aren't good persons and they ARE NOT doing the job they were hired to do, damn it!
Plus this isn't anything new in the USA, go back to the 1970s when another preteen black boy was shot dead by a cop who though he was a bank robber, the Stones wrote a song ('Heartbreaker") in part about it... "The po-lice in New York City, they chased a boy right through the park, in a case of mistaken identity, they put a bullet through his heart... Heart breakers with your forty four, I wanna tear your world apart..." Sad that happened way back in 1972, the cop killed a 10 year old boy and of course, he got off scot free, other than he did lose his job. Again, this madness must end, we got to stop letting the police get away with killing innocent males as they been doing for decades now.
