I agree with you 100%...
This case doesn't equate to OJ's case at all..... If OJ would have had witnesses that saw him there carrying a knife, im sure there would have been a totally different outcome.
To suggest that white people didn't go bonkers after the verdict of the TRIAL as some Michael Brown supproters are (rioting, etc.) after the grand jury verdict to not indict the officer is a case of false equivalency in my opinion.
My greater concern is that I may not understand the Grand Jury selection process because if they were a jury of peers, I cannot understand how they wouldn't have voted to move to trial.... at least on one count, the amount of shots do seem a little excessive.....
So if it was a jury of peers, I cant really blame the system, because it was the peers that didn't see a need to move to trial. 'The Machine' in this case is free of fault... this one I think, is on us!
