I just decided to do a google search inder "images" and shit, we're all right here, nobody is wrong in what they state, it just depends on how you use the word. Under that search, you get just about everybody, try it! (I'll note that after a quick look, only 2 I noted are shown so far, the one of Jim Morrison, and the sexy closeup of M. Monroe, but several people I noted are shown in other photos).... Plus of course the Stones could be covered even if only by Stones fans, they most definitely fit the definition - which BTW, changes with every web directory you look the word up with online. Here is what this site http://dictionary.sensagent.com/prominent%20figure/en-en/ simply has to say:

prominent figure (n.) 1.an important or influential (and often overbearing) person..... so the bottom line is somebody or something famous.... The Stones are famous, Ronnie, including you!
