DA...I believe they chose some of these places because of the sheer volume of people and they could kill a lot of them(concert hall, soccer stadium) The bomber from the soccer stadium tried to get in and was nixed so he blew himself up outside the venue. Can you imagine if he got in? There was also an American band playing at the concert hall. Part of their band name was Eagles (of Death Metal...I dont get it either) but it WAS an American band, The Eagle is a symbol of America, too. Could be a coincidence, but I don't know. The restaurant was a "drive by shooting". They could have just picked that place at random. Again, who knows?
