Cries of Allahu Ahkbar as these terrorists commit their murderous acts leave you in no doubt that they are committing their crimes in the name of religion. I have no doubt though that it's politics that creates the climate and drives the whole process in which these, mainly young, jihadi's are being 'radicalised'. If you want to win this you have to create the conditions that starve the radicalisers of their recruits. That means politics, and you wont change that while your actions are seen by large swathes of the Muslim world as a new Crusade.
