Why do you say that? The right to believe includes the right not to believe. And freedom of speech means that you can express your beliefs, but you can also express your absence thereof.
Satire (which is what Charlie Hebdo does) is allowed under freedom of speech. Anyone can express their dissent by not buying the newspaper.
The only jerks in this story were the ones holding the guns. And I'm not referring to police.
