That gave me a good laugh, but he might have just been playing it up for fun.. I suppose I've been guilty sometimes of saying outrageous things here myself for the sake of being a devils advocate, (you know, attacking the Beatles here and there as I'm known to do lol!)
But I guess I basically agree with both of your statements even though I did quite like those first two Oasis albums when I was younger. But they certainly didn't hold up over time and aren't as good as Catherine Wheel's first two albums, or the Verve's first two. Or Ride's first two, or the Boo Radley's second two. Yep, there is too much music indeed and definitely not enough time.
