I can't claim to have heard everything Oasis put out there, but what I have heard I really dig. The whole 'Brit pop' thing was to my taste, even if some of the leading players did get caught up in war criminal(or so it has been said by many) Blair's 'Cool Britannia' shite.
As for the brothers Gallagher, a couple of Manchester chavs for sure, but with the perfect rock 'n' roll attitude for me....i.e. get it right up you! I love the attitude of guys like Jarvis Cocker as well. Again, I haven't heard too much of Liam and Noel's stuff since Oasis split, but what I have heard is to my liking.
