I don't know if possessing it was one of the charges against MJ or not. It was gathered at the time of the now recanted accusation.

I know exchanging child porn is illegal. A talk show host I used to listen to - Bernie Ward of San Francisco is now in a Texas prison for sending internet images of children. He was a former priest who left the priesthood and was known as the Lion of the Left on newstation KGO.

I assure you I did not want to believe it and didn't at first. I thought it was a cooked up vendetta against him by the Bush clowns. Wrong. The transcripts of his internet chats were published and they really stunk the place up.

Maybe in MJ's chld like mind it was the equivalent of one child playing Dr with another but...I don't really believe that.
