No disrespect taken. Plus your point is somewhat true, other than you can think a show sucks without seeing it. It's like I know that all KISS albums suck, yet I don't think I ever heard an entire LP of theirs. 2 songs of theirs in a row is enough of them for me to hear and take.
So let me restate all of that.... the idea of airing a show that puts down Italian Americans (or any other kind of people) - sucks, IMO! Maybe the actors on there were good, it doesn't matter, they shouldn't portray that lie over and over again week in and week out. I have no problem with this in movies, since movies are not on TV every damn week with a new show.
Plus you're very lucky that you never had to put up with prejudice people like I have to on more than one occasion simply because of my blood. That totally sucks, and when it happens to you, you don't forget it, either!
