No, dear friend. The reason I stated "you of all people" will want this is because there is plenty of Brian, including close ups of him talking, being interviewed, and performing. And with the outstanding restoration you "feel" you are right there too. It's not like, SFTD, at all, in that respect. I have not compared the two versions for edits, but I know there is plenty of Brian Jones in the new version.
The old version is grainy, with way too much light, (The Stones look washed out throughout the film.) the new version really focuses on what the Stones truly looked like, without the benefit of color, of course.
The audio is great. I may have to buy me a copy.
