Years ago, or should I say decades ago, I'd seen that happen, but today you just can't smoke anything anywhere, and I think that's a good thing for many different reasons when it comes to public places. It is a fact that second hand smoke from tobacco is more deadly to non-tobacco smokers than to tobacco smokers, so that adds to a problem if you allow it in a public bar, since the employees are then subjected to the smoke and would have no say over their health in the workplace. Second hand smoke from marijuana on the other hand, doesn't/cannot kill anybody, therefore allowing it in a smoking only joint should be legal, but as it is right now in the few states where smoking it is legal, it ins't allowed - even outside in smoking designated areas, and that is bullshit. There are only 2 cities in all of Colorado where they do allow marijuana smoking in bars, with the city of Denver at the moment is thinking of changing the law to allow it too. But with marijuana, you can't even eat it in public, which is flat out stupid, and I'll bet will change in time. But since tobacco smoke does kill even nonusers, I don't expect to ever see that revert back to where it's allowed in public places, other than outside, again.
