I am hearing alot about the case of Brittany Maynard, who has said she might end her life this weekend, and that it would be legal to do it given the state she is in.
She has terminal, inoperable cancer. No hope whatsoever. And all forecasts point to a painful, horrible ending with suffering and loss of dignity.
So Brittany has made a plan to end her life painlessly and at a time of her choosing. She has even moved to a state that has laws that will allow this to happen without legal penalties for anyone involved.
So what do you think? Are you in favour of laws allowing people to make the choice to end their life in this way and for these reasons? Are you for doctor assisted suicide, otherwise known as Euthanasia? Or are you opposed to it?
