Right but I am particularly interested in the effect of Syd's mental decline on RW who was also a pal of Barrett's from Cambridge. DG seemed to move on pretty quickly and finally became rather jaundiced with RWs themes of msdness and war. Wish You Were Here Shine on you Craxu Diamond wereostly waters songs though the riff to WYWH is credited to DG. However it seems je was playing around on the guitar and it was Waters who told him to keep playing that particular riff. ZOf course DSOTM Ais also filled with songs and imagery about madness.
