I worked in music publishing many decades ago, and the songs he's using are all copyrighted, so royalties will be collected - he is doing everything legally. He can be told by a band not to play their music, but he is not doing anything illegal by ignoring their demands. You and I believe it is immoral and a crime, but clearly from his psychopathic world view of no conscience, he isn't going to care. Paul Rodgers has taken legal action against Trump for using Free's "Alright Now" a few days ago - I personally don't think he'll get anywhere, but if you are right .... well we will have to wait and see.
