As far as the winter goes,all one has to do is spend one up here in buffalo,and their happy romance with winter will be over quick lol.
Yeah, when I said I like the winter, I like the Colorado winter, not that crap you got back east! I've said it before, Colorado might see lower temps and more snow than back east, but it's a dry cold and you don't feel it like the wet, bone chilling cold you got back east. Plus it's the same way with the snow, we get the dry, powder snow here, not the wet, heavy snow seen back east. Back east you got to shovel that heavy crap off your walk way, here, we just use a broom most of the time and sweep it away. When we do get a big storm with more than a foot falling, then yes, we need a shovel instead of a broom, but it's still light snow and easy to lift. Now off course, if you're a kid, making a snowman, snowballs, or a snow fort isn't as easy to do here, and for the same reasons noted, the dry snow falls apart and doesn't compact like wet snow. But then again, it's the best snow to ski on, too. Plus the mountains are so much higher here and more land to ski on, too!
