New Sticky Fingers

I have just played the Super Deluxe Sticky Fingers for the second time and yes I'm pleased with it, but maybe not if I had paid for it. Again, anybody who really prefers live cuts better to the studio ones should be pleased with this. I did enjoy hearing the live cuts, and maybe a few years from now will have another listen, but now I'm go back to listening regularly again to the real Sticky Fingers, the one that doesn't contain all of that unneeded added stuff that IMO only takes away from the Stones greatest album. Unlike the reissued SG or EOMS, which made those 2 LPs ever better, this is not the case at all with Sticky Fingers.

Now a question to those of you who have better ears than I. All of the original songs on this LP that were re-mastered, what is different in them? I can't hear a single difference with my damaged ears, so, what is different? Somebody please tell me, if you can.

Remastering this album was a waste of time and never should have been done, leave your one masterpiece alone! I would love to see them reissue any of their '60s albums, and we know they got a ton of very good, unreleased songs that could be used and they could also add in all of those singles that never made it on to the albums that they should have been on. But my guess is they won't touch anything before 1971 because of their ongoing problems with ABKCO Records, as money is more important to them than making us fans happy. I wish they would get passed that BS and do what's right for their fans instead of what is best for their overflowing wallets.
