I just re-read my post. I wanted to say no other new shows made me feel excited.

I know what you mean. I was addicted to "Lost in Space" repeats after school. Also, believe it or not, "Mr. Ed" gave me that exciting feeling when looking forward to the repeats that were on late afternoons. "Little Rascals" early mornings. So many others including many of the ones get you mentioned.
