Weather-wise here in Colorado we are still in summer, as we just saw the warmest September on record in the state. Global warming is here for sure, as this has been happening in most places on the planet, not just where I live! But it's suppose to cool off here this weekend.
Yesterday I finally finished up with the harvest, well the cannabis harvest anyway, and I'm becoming a budmaster for sure in the way I trim buds (so I'm told)! Yet our veggie garden is still growing and yet it's Oct 1; this is only the third time and second year in a row in the 13 years I've lived in this area (at over 8,000 feet in elevation), where the garden has lasted this long. We still haven't hit freezing yet this season, very unusual to say that on Oct 1, but that's also getting more common, again, thanks to climate change, which is a real thing for sure!
GHS is a great album to listen to in the fall (and winter), no question about it! I played it last weekend, it's got a real sleepy feeling to it thanks in part to "100 Years Ago" and really all of the songs on there that are just so mellow, other than it's closer of course.
