Again...If it was a NEW album, then you are 100% right, It is NOT a new album. It was sort of a compilation album, or a throw back album that Bill was on. Imagine if you created, and played on songs with a group and years later they released an album of those songs and air brushed you out of a photo that was used for the COVER of the album that you had as much to do with creating as them!
In the late 70's I bought a Stones album off of a TV ad called The Rolling Stones 30 Greatest Hits. It was sort of a Hot Rocks album and went fron 1964 to 1971.The cover had 6 Stones on it, rightfully including Mick Taylor even though there were only two songs on it that he was involved in (Brown Sugar, Wild Horses)
