I tend to agree GT. He left the Stones.... quite abruptly as we know. They were about to embark on a tour and write for a new album, and he just split. I'm sure there were hard feelings, although just about every Stone has worked with MT on their own projects after he left. As I mentioned last month, I really think MJ doesn't want to give too much MT because he might steal the spotlight. If he reads these boards, MJ knows how eager the fans are to see more MT. I think EGO wins out over MONEY sometimes. Plus... the Stones will sell the same amount of tickets with or without MT. He' been gone for 40 years and they NEVER had any problem selling tickets. If MT wasn't on this tour, I'm sure close to the same amount of tickets would be sold. Selfishly, I would love to see him back full time, get rid of Darryl and put Ronnie on bass. Then we would have 5 Stones on stage again... I know...It's a pipe dream!
