It's been over three years since I last posted here. And I just had to pick a week when no one is here. Where is everyone?
While about 80% of our voters never left, and about 60% of our lurkers still drop by the board to read the poll post, we are actually only about 50% off the replies we used to see for the Poll Post, since it never was a busy thread to begin with, something I've noted here often, and something I never understood. This was a Stones board for over 20 years and that was why folks came here everyday, to read what was on the minds of their fellow Stones fans.
Gasland was one of the very first social media sites ever, around before there was a Facebook or Twitter. So I wasn't too surprised when Gasx3 closed down (almost a year ago now) and few stuck around to post in the poll thread. As I have also noted here, only 12 new passes were given out in February for this new board to post with, and only 4 more since then have been issued, so that's 16 folks (including myself) who can post, and that's it. So most of the old Gassers can't post anymore even if they wanted to. But any old Gassers that would like to post once a week here to talk about the polls, is welcome to email me and I'll get them out a password so they can join the few of us here to post.
Note: Do not hit the "Post Message" button more than once, even if it is taking a long time to post your message. Doing so may cause a double post to appear and could slow down your posting time even more.
