I think it's amazing what actors do. They must have an aptitude for it, I would guess. In other words, those who aspire to be professional actors have to bring something to the table -- inborn talent, to then proceed to acting school.
They make it look so real, so normal! 👌 Kelsey Grammer, Sigourney Weaver, the whole Raymond cast especially Patricia Heaton, etc. simply amazing. 😉
But, Suzanne Sommers and Jennifer Love Hewitt never went to acting school. (Perhaps they did later?) But even JLH admitted she's limited to what roles she can play, she couldn't play, say, a street junky hooked on heroin, as she once said in an interview.
Sally Field, who I thought was quite wonderful in "Gidget" and "The Flying Nun", went to acting school AFTER she did those shows, yet she was great before school. --- Talent
