Woodstock 49th anniv this week and plans for 50th!

I was just read that there is a plan to recreate Woodstock for its 50th anniversary which is one August 2019. I wonder if it will amount to anything and if some major acts will want to be involved?

I think ultimately the desire to do it again might seem to run contrary to the ethos upon which the original event was based. That is to say that Woodstock never seemed to be about commercialization, selling tickets, records, memorabilia etc. But a 50th anniversary thing might just be all about that. Still, if its televised and has major groups involved, I'd watch.

Love to see the Stones take part!
