Saint Of Me is a Stones classic in every sense.
When talking of rock/pop stars who concerted to Christianity, one of the biggest ones that came to my mind is Bob Dylan. Dylan was born Jewish or at least has Jewish ancestry. Not sure if he was raised and educated a Jew, but he converted to Christianity at some point in the 1970s and Christian doctrine can be found in his music. I have heard that he has moved away from this, but I'm really not sure.
Sticky Finger will always be #1 for me. It's *possible* that you might get me to name another Stones album above it if I have somehow over-listened-to SF and have been spinning LIB or Exile a lot. But that's not too likely.
