Yes, just heard this too, thank goodness. Seems that singer Travis Tritt noted that Gregg wasn't well, and somehow it got out to the media that Tritt made the claim, but he didn't, he only wished his friend well on Twitter.

Anyway, Gregg made a statenent late today that follows: “Hey everyone. I just wanted y’all to know that I’m currently home in Savannah resting on my doctor’s orders. I want to thank you for all the love that you are sending. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Keep Rockin’ “
