I guess if your father is Italian then 'Roman' blood might not have been a big surprise. That Italian Irish thing is a very bad combination, almost as bad as the Scottish Irish thing, tends to produce maniacs lol.
Of course the Romans were here for a while but they didn't venture too far into my neck of the woods. They did send out a Legion to see what lay a bit further North, but they never came back. I could have saved them the bother and a Legion if only they had taken the trouble to ask me......there's fuck all up north other than hills, moorland and midges...the night life is shite.
Tell you what manny, if your old man has that sort of money to through away just to find out he might be a bit Roman or 2% Semite....I mean 2% ffs..that could just be 'error'.....anyway if he's got a spare $100 I could point him in the direction of a site where he'll get something a lot more interesting and useful than a dna result....and he doesn't need to worry, it'll come in plain brown wrapping.
