Possibly, but it's definitely a tape speed manipulation as with parts of "2000 Light Years", altering the vocals to a point where it's almost impossible to determine whose voice(s) are present. I've heard that John & Paul had stopped by for one studio session and added their voices to a couple of songs ("We Love You" and "Dandelion"), and that was probably it.
