What is going on in this messed up country is the wrong people, who are in the minority, keep making all of the laws, and in this case, the sickos at the NRA control the politicians who make our gun laws. You got 17 bozos running for president on the Republican side and all of them are supports of the NRA and take money (and orders) from them, yet they get on their twitter accounts today saying how their prayers are with the families. Their phony prayers aren't needed, they need to break all ties with this terror group that pretends to represent gun owners (they don't represent me!). As long as these kind of people are in control, nothing will happen to end this madness. It's way too easy to get a gun in the US, that's the bottom line, and the NRA is behind all of this. Back when those 4 and 5 year olds were murder in cold blood in their kindergarten school room by a NRA trained supporter/nut, our country still did nothing to change these sick NRA laws. If we can't change these insane laws after babies are killed in masses at our schools, it will never get changed, and we as a people should be ashamed of ourselves. We are the low lives, we allow this shit to happen! The moron Rick Perry, who''s one of the 17 bozos noted above, after the latest theater shooting a few weeks back, called for arming people in movie theaters. Yeah asshole, that's the answer, have people in pitch black movie theaters shooting at each other in the dark! You will have even more dead people that way!
The US government is fucked up to say the least, and in turn innocent people will keep dying, since we do nothing to stop this shit from happening.
