Hmm. I wore a lot of hats back then. I was a beer drinking jock who smoked weed occasionally. The pure jocks called me a "head" and the heads I hung out with called me a "Jock". lol. I had plenty of laughs with both those groups. Got caught smoking weed on school premises one morning which gave me some notoriety. So did a letter to the editor of the school paper in which I blasted the school administration and the school cop, who was a Nazi. The theme of the letter was to end the oppressive environment students had to endure at this new high school. lol. This did not please my high school coaches and I suffered a backlash through diminished playing time on the field in both Baseball and Football. Fuck em! I hung out with an assortment of people and hated cliques back then. The preppys in their Izod shirts listening to Pop and Disco music made be sick. "Have some originality!", I would think to myself. Never hung out with those elitists. Listened to Rock, particularly the Stones. Drank on a fake ID I created from the time I was 16. Closed down bars at 16 and on. I dated a bunch of girls particularly my Senior year, but was considered too wild by most of them. A curly haired beer drinker driving a dented Olds Cutlass with Rock music blaring out the windows and football on my mind. I don't blame them. I got into several fights with bullies too. I was fearless, loved to laugh, drink and play Sports. Yet I was always friendly to everybody unless they wanted to start a fight. It was never in me to back down.
