Obviously this is not a pressing question. I'm just bored on a Tuesday afternoon with snow altering my schedule.
They say a big part of your personality develops when you are a teenager. I believe there is something to that, but I also know a couple of guys who were both big partyers and cross country runners in high school who went on to make exceptional careers in the military. Both are now high ranking officers. One now works in the Pentagon. (Not that a military life overly impresses me but it's amazing to me the difference in these guys.) He was my roommate in College. He partied so hard back then he flunked out of school and joined the Air Force after his Freshmen year. My next roommate was also a friend from high school who was the ultimate class clown. Voted "wittiest" in his class. Well we partied it up and he chased women like no one I have ever met in my life. Still does. And where is he today? A college professor with a PHD in Education.
Teenage years can be awkward and strange. You're no longer a kid but you're not an adult either. But let's go back there just for a bit and remember what it was like and who we were.
All people are uniquely different but for the sake of keeping it simple and clear...From which of these stereotypical high school groups did you belong? It is likely you were more than one. Feel free to expand beyond the stereotypes too. It is encouraged. Who were you in High School?
