Eagles Live

I guy i work with said a few years back that the best live band he has ever seen was the Eagles.He said they sound just like they do on the records and that's why he thinks they are great live.Side note, that is why he didn't like the Stones.But anyways i never gave it much thought because i have never been a big Eagles fan.But tonight i'm listening to 'Live In Concert' on the radio and they played a few live eagle songs from Long beach 1980.He was right they do sound the same.To me it was boring hearing the same sound.
