The problem with the video, which we did rate several years ago ( it got a low rating of only a "6"), is that it's a total rip-off of their other already made video for "Undercover Of the Night", which is not only a better song, but it's video is better. Really, check out both of them and you'll see what I mean. Is it a crime to rip-off your own videos? Well no, but why do it, it makes you look bad and lacking the talent to do something different, which is not what the Stones were ever about, other than here.
As far as your question, you asked: When we get into considering the very best and very worst, we have to sometimes stop and look at what our numbers mean. Are we comparing songs against other songs? Or just assigning a number based on our gut reaction? .... Good question, and no, when we rate a song for this poll series, we are not putting one song up against another - as we do that only in the VS polls. What we are doing (for this poll anyway) is rating a song for what it is, but as a stand alone song on it's own. No other songs have anything to do with the one song we rate each week. Will some compare anyway... sure, but you really should only go by the music and lyrics you are hearing from that one song and rate it for what it is.... only.
