I agree with gomper of course about EOMS. It would have been one of their greatest albums ever made had it been a single LP with none of those terrible added in filler songs that made it into a double LP.
I'm not sure manny if I will get the new GHS or not. The LP was always my #1 pick for most underrated of all the Stones albums, and it might lost that title with what's being added in. While the old boot songs are okay to hear, they aren't anywhere as good as what's on the LP already, and that was the reason why they were kept off the album to begin with. So why add them on now? What was added on to Exile a few years ago made sense, since those songs were real good, indeed and made that overrated double LP a lot better. But the added in songs to GHS aren't as good as what was added into EOMS (plus one of them isn't even from the GHS sessions). Still, I may get it, time will tell. I just hope they do this for an LP like Beggars Banquet, since we already know there's missing bootleg songs from that time that are real good, IMO, indeed!
