I love this question about mistitled songs!

And to be honest I have never given these much thought.

I think will wait to hear what others have to say on this one. However, I would say that Paint It Black and Paint It, Black are very different in meaning.

It makes me think of that sentence which is often used to to teach kids about punctuation:

"Let's eat grandma"

By the way, I hope everyone here is doing well these days. I have been very busy and so I have missed a week here and there.

I was THRILLED today to see that one of my true favorites of the Stones -- Goats Head Soup -- is being reissued as a "deluxe version". I am often skeptical "deluxe" versions of any album and I often find reasons not to buy them, such as already having the bonus material in one form or another, and so I often see them as gimmickery. But this one I might just buy!
