No, it had nothing to do with that LP at all. BB sessions were held and finished up early in '68 and the LP was suppose to be released in the late summer of '68, but the Stones label refused to release it because of the bathroom cover - and the Stones refused to change the cover they wanted to use with anything but that cover that they wanted. So it didn't come out until that December (and this directly lead to the Stones starting their own record label), but the songs for BB were all in the can months before, and long before these 2 new songs were recorded.
Again, the November sessions were put together in the last minute because Jagger needed to record the song "Memo From Turner" for the movie he had just finished acting in and was suppose to be released in early 1969 - but it ended up not coming out until '70 because of the X rating and censorship). So the Stones got together for that one song, and I guess (not sure on this) Mick told Keith he had this other song that they would also record (YCAGWYW, a song he wrote for his girlfriend). I think Mick just told him that to get him to show up in the studio, since Keith didn't want to have anything to do with the song for the movie. So they did YCAGWYW on the first day/night and it turned into the classic that it became, and on the second nite MFT was recorded, minus Keith and Charlie.
